2. General
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to all purchases made via JohnGlerupProduction.dk. By completing an order, the Customer accepts these terms. The products consist primarily of software for Windows and macOS, delivered electronically.
3. Pricing
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. JohnGlerupProduction.dk reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time the order is placed is the price the Customer pays. We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from typographical, pricing, or technical errors.
4. Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed in the online store. Payment is processed upon order placement. All transactions are secured using industry-standard SSL encryption and certified payment gateways.
5. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive:
- An order confirmation and invoice receipt
- A direct software download link
- A license key (if applicable)
- Access to “My Account”, where the software can be re-downloaded.
Delivery typically occurs immediately after payment completion. In the event of unforeseen technical delays, delivery may take slightly longer. If delivery cannot take place within a reasonable timeframe, the Customer will be contacted promptly.
6. Demo and Trial Versions
Several software programs are offered as free demo versions. Demo versions may include functional limitations such as reduced features, limited record capacity, disabled export functions, or time restrictions. Demo versions are provided strictly “as is” without any warranties.
7. Software License
Upon purchase, the Customer acquires a personal, non-exclusive license to use the software. Ownership of and title to the software never transfers to the Customer. The license may NOT be resold, rented, leased, copied, distributed, reverse engineered, decompiled, or altered. Unless otherwise specified, one license entitles use by one user or on one computer.
8. Software Downloads
The Customer has access to software downloads via their user account. It is always recommended to save the installation file locally. JohnGlerupProduction.dk endeavors to keep previous purchases available for download, but cannot guarantee indefinite download access indefinitely.
9. Software Updates
Purchases include the specific updates detailed in the product description. If a product is sold with lifetime updates, this applies to the specific purchased version of the software. Major version upgrades may be subject to paid upgrade fees.
10. System Requirements
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that their computer meets the specified system requirements. JohnGlerupProduction.dk shall not be held liable for issues resulting from obsolete operating systems, third-party software, antivirus software interference, hardware defects, or a lack of administrative system privileges.
11. Activation
The software may require internet activation. The license key must be used strictly in accordance with the license conditions. Misuse or unauthorized distribution may result in immediate suspension or blocking of the license key.
12. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Right)
When purchasing digital content, consumers are generally entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
However, if the Customer provides explicit consent at the time of purchase for delivery to begin immediately and simultaneously acknowledges that their right of withdrawal is thereby waived, the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as the download or access to the digital software commences. This is pursuant to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) regarding digital content.
During checkout, the Customer must confirm the following consent:
“I consent to the delivery of the digital product beginning immediately, and I acknowledge that my statutory 14-day right of withdrawal will lapse once the delivery has commenced.”
If delivery has not yet commenced, standard statutory withdrawal rights apply.
13. Complaints and Statutory Warranty (Reklamationsret)
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). The warranty covers defects and errors in the software itself.
The warranty does NOT cover user errors, incorrect installation, third-party software incompatibilities, computer viruses, hardware defects, or unauthorized modifications made by the Customer. Any defects must be reported as soon as possible.
14. Limitation of Liability
JohnGlerupProduction.dk cannot be held liable for indirect losses, operational downtime, loss of profit or revenue, loss or corruption of data, or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product, unless mandatory statutory law dictates otherwise.
15. Data Backup
The Customer is solely responsible for creating and maintaining regular backups of their own data and databases. JohnGlerupProduction.dk strongly recommends frequent and regular data backups.
16. Support
Customer support is provided via email and covers software installation, license activation, and software defects. Support does not cover general computer training, OS tutoring, or network configurations.
17. Personal Data (Privacy)
Personal data is processed in strict accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Please refer to the current Privacy Policy on our website for detailed information.
18. Cookies
Our online shop uses cookies to ensure technical functionality, gather analytics, and enhance the user experience. Please refer to our Cookie Policy on the website.
19. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, graphics, documentation, logos, and content are the property of JohnGlerupProduction.dk and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be governed by Danish law. Disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts. Consumers may also utilize applicable statutory complaint bodies and European online dispute resolution mechanisms.
